Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare draft BOQ of different intervention of Child Protection programme, HCMP
∎ Assist the Engineer to procure the materials by the vendors and checking the quality of the materials
∎ Maintaining and monitoring stock of the materials
∎ Supervising the program assistants and other construction workers/ laborers.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

∎ KNOWLEDGE:
∎ Knowledge on IT Trouble shooting.
∎ Child Protection in Emergencies
∎ Knowledge on Computer software and hardware functions.
∎ Knowledge on MS applications.
∎ Have IT skill.
∎ Knowledge on Network troubleshooting.
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Communication skill with different stakeholders, government and other organization
∎ Presentation skills
∎ Strong assessment and evaluation skills
∎ Ability to understand and adjust the field level activities
∎ COMPETENCIES:
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
