∎ Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Audits and maintains incentive pay program and work measurement by use of accepted analytical techniques to provide adequate earnings opportunities equally to all operators.
∎ Develops and applies new methods for more efficient use of available equipment, and searches for an evaluates new equipment and systems.
∎ Develops accurate information on product costs on the basis of piece rates and manufacturing specifications for use by management.
∎ Works with production operators on methods and performance.
∎ Specifies quality standards and works with quality control to ensure that production levels are maintained without sacrificing quality of the product.
∎ Assists line management in solving technical problems.
∎ Develops and maintains cost control systems. This includes working with management to institute cost controls or cost reduction projects.
∎ Performs these and other functions as needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong in MS excel, access or data analytic tool is preferable
∎ Strong communication skill with business acumen
∎ Strong analytical skills and data mining
∎ Able to manage a team.
∎ Able to work independently and a good team player
∎ Have exposure in any retail planning solution and BI is a plus
