Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Accounting, Finance or Management) from reputed university.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2–3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies (Business Organization & Management/ Accounting/Finance, Insurance & Banking/ Production Management & Marketing) at the secondary level (Classes 9–10) under the national curriculum is preferred Assistant Teacher- Business Studies.
∎ 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred in Computer or ICT subject to students of classes 6 to 10 following the national curriculum for Assistant Teacher- ICT.
∎ 2–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (Classes 1–5) under the national curriculum is preferred for Assistant Teacher-General – Primary
∎ Preferred: Master’s in a relevant Major subject or MBA will be an advantage.
∎ Valid teaching certification/license is desirable.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in basic ICT tools for classroom use is preferred.
∎ Demonstrated passion for teaching and student success.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

∎ Muslim Hands has been operating in Bangladesh since 1995, focusing on improving the lives of vulnerable communities through interventions in Education, Health, Food Security, Livelihoods, Shelter, WASH, Religious Infrastructure and Emergency Relief.
∎ Muslim Hands School of Excellence, Sylhet, a part of our Education Programme is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Teacher- ICT, Business Studies and General – Primary, to join our academic team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in teaching students of classes Nine and Ten based on the National Curriculum of Bangladesh, supporting holistic student development and academic excellence.
∎ Prepare and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons aligned with the National Curriculum Textbook Board (NCTB).
∎ Utilize effective teaching methodologies, examples and case studies relevant to business concepts.
∎ Conduct regular class tests, assignments and term exams to assess students' learning progress.
∎ Maintain accurate academic records and report students' progress to the Principal and parents.
∎ Foster a positive, inclusive and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation.
∎ Use interactive and participatory teaching methods to improve comprehension and interest in Business Studies.
∎ Provide individual or group academic support as needed.
∎ Motivate and mentor students to develop critical thinking, ethical values and leadership skills.
∎ Work collaboratively with other subject teachers and school staff to enhance academic quality.
∎ Participate in teacher training, workshops and curriculum updates.
∎ Adhere to the school's safeguarding and child protection policies.
∎ Promote values of honesty, respect, gender equity and inclusiveness within the learning environment.
