∎ Professional Certification like MTCNA/ MTCRE/ CCNA/ CCNP/ Linux Will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,MTCNA,Linux
∎ Skills Required: Cisco, Juniper, Linux, Mikrotik
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ISP Technology, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, System Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Nationwide ISP Network System Design and Administration.
∎ Designing Core Network, Distribution Network and Access Network.
∎ Designing IP Network with IP subnetting and Implementing IPv6 Network with IPv6 subnetting.
∎ Configure and Manage VMware Server, Cache Server, Dual stack DNS Server, FTP Server, IPBX, Monitoring and MRTG Server, L3 and L2 Devices.
∎ Prepare detail network diagram of BlueNet including all branches and keep it updated
∎ Develop checklists and customer handling/crisis management procedure in order to provide better service and train all relevant staff accordingly.
∎ Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
∎ Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
∎ Manage the team to deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all ISP systems, including servers, Router, Switch, firewall, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals etc.
∎ Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
∎ Manage ISP staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline and discharge.
∎ Develop the ISP staff to meet the changing needs of users, groups and offices, new projects and technologies and varying staff strengths.
∎ Communicate regularly all team of ISP systems.
∎ Negotiate and administer different vendors, outsourcers, and contracts and service providers for ISP business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
