Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage daily operation of branch offices by communicating and coordinating with branch manager
∎ Work as point of contact for branch managers to solve any issues related to network, inventory, customer support, approvals, budget management etc.
∎ Manage Sales Team & Technical Team of both head office and branch offices and ensure on time new connection and service of existing customer. He must be involved in the recruitment, training, and performance management of these teams as well.
∎ Overseeing the company's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and cables and other equipment. They need to ensure that the network is operating efficiently and that issues are quickly resolved.
∎ Managing customer support staff, including call center agents and technicians. They need to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support and that staff are well-trained and able to handle customer inquiries.
∎ Developing and implementing operational policies and SOP that ensure the smooth running of the business. They need to ensure that policies are communicated effectively to staff and that staff adhere to them.
∎ Managing the budget for the operations department and branch management. They need to ensure that the budget is effectively allocated to meet the needs of the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in managing a nationwide, zonal, or divisional ISP with multiple branches and a substantial customer base, including a significant number of home customers.
