∎ Age 25 to 32 years.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy in Office Application (MS Excel/ MS Word) etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Energetic and self-motivated team member with positive attitude to learn.
∎ Good interpersonal skills along with proficiency in English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smooth functioning of day-to-day Deposit Operations.
∎ Check account opening form and related documents at time of processing, ensure due diligence.
∎ Update customer's information in the CBS and other systems.
∎ Scan all kind of AOF with related documents.
∎ Proper Filling and indexing of AOF and other requests, maintain database, and preserve in -store in a due manner.
∎ Ensure proper archival/ retrieval of documents.
∎ Ensure integrity, reliability and timeliness in performing daily assigned job.
