Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve sales target by following “Cash Sales Policy”.
∎ Responsible for collection of any receivables of the company.
∎ Identify distribution network and potential dealers.
∎ Ensure presence of company products and merchandise to the dealers’ points.
∎ Assist to implement “Buy-Back Program” of the company.
∎ Communicate with different customers and connect them to the dealers/retailers.
∎ Implement appropriate promotional activities efficiently, and report to the management.
∎ Visit and mobilize key influencers and lead farmers across territories.
∎ Visit and establish rapport with DAE and other agricultural institutions/organizations to promote AgroSAL products.
∎ Prepare report day to day performance as per format.
∎ Any other asks assigned by the management.
