∎ Experience in Silage industry is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and manage the product’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business objectives while controlling costs.
∎ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
∎ Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers regarding product quality, delivery, or other concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
∎ Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies to ensure ACI Silage remains competitive in the market.
∎ Advocate for and implement sustainable practices in the production, packaging, and marketing of silage, aligning with corporate sustainability goals of ACI Animal Genetics.
∎ Assist in the development and introduction of new silage products, providing input based on market needs and customer feedback.
∎ Prepare regular reports on product performance, sales progress, market trends, and any other key metrics for management review.
∎ Engage with industry professionals, attend relevant conferences, and keep up to date with the latest industry advancements to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Manage unforeseen challenges, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, or market shifts, ensuring continuity and quick problem resolution.
