Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to lead and support our Corporate Sales Officers (CSOs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising field activities, ensuring the timely execution of sales tasks, and driving the team toward achieving collective targets. The role requires frequent travel to districts and upazilas to oversee on-ground operations, including product demonstrations and partner visits. In addition to managing the team, the Assistant Sales Manager will also be assigned an individual sales target to directly contribute to the company’s overall growth. This role is crucial in aligning field execution with our strategic sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Monitor CSOs

  • Ensure timely completion of daily and monthly tasks by all CSOs.
  • Track activities and follow up on deliverables, maintaining accountability across the team.

Team Target Achievement

  • Take ownership of the team's collective sales targets.
  • Provide direction, planning, and motivation to help CSOs achieve their individual and team goals.

Individual Sales Target Achievement

  • Independently achieve assigned personal sales targets in addition to team management responsibilities.
  • Actively engage in direct sales activities to contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals and demonstrate leadership through performance.

Workshop Implementation Oversight

  • Coordinate with CSOs to ensure successful execution of scheduled workshops and events, especially focused on AI and eduCARE.
  • Monitor event quality and report findings to senior management.

Sales Strategy & Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to align field efforts with broader company objectives.

Training, Coaching & Support

  • Identify performance gaps and provide coaching or arrange skill-building opportunities for CSOs.
  • Lead regular training sessions to enhance team capability.

Performance Reporting & Feedback

  • Maintain records of sales activities, workshop outcomes, and team performance.
  • Prepare and submit detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations.
