Additional Requirements:
- Age 26 to 30 years
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, ASP, CSP, ISO Standards, OSHA, Fire Safety Training) is highly preferred.
- Willing to stay nearby the Factory located at Gazaria, Munshiganj.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assisting awareness sessions & training sessions on working & traffic accident.
Maintain communication and collaboration with the ERT team to keep them active.
Conducting traffic safety investigations and analysis to identify potential risks.
Conducting weekly follow up meeting with drivers, bus PIC, admin and safety team to analyze current situation and identify risks and resolve them as soon as possible with concerned PIC.
Monitoring buses based on safety perspective with bus PICs and verifying bus checklist.
Assisting & attending in daily, weekly & monthly patrol to identify potential risk & hazard for taking preventive & corrective measures.
Assisting to check OPS to identify gaps between OPS and actual operation on points and follow up to sections/departments for corrective actions as per OPS
Reducing the potential risk of accidents by assisting PTW systems for non-routine activities.
Collecting attendance information of all departments daily to update Genba board in emergency assembly area.
Any other task given by the management.
