∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase necessary goods as per approved requisition following organizational rules and guidelines
∎ Collect quotations, compile & verify necessary documentations and select vendor under the guidance of senior management
∎ Ensure quality of purchased goods and its compliance with requirement specifications and make sure that the goods are delivered to concerning department/person in time.
∎ Maintain a good working relationship with vendors/suppliers/sellers and establish functional connection with markets.
∎ Carry-out all necessary market dealings and ensure maximum utilization of resources.
∎ Prepare and submit activity report to line management as per need.
∎ Any other activity as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidate should be expert on MS Office
∎ Age restriction will be relaxed for experienced candidate
∎ Candidate should have a hardworking mentality
∎ Candidates who knows how to drive a motorcycle and has a valid driving license will get preference
∎ Candidates having experience in a similar position of a similar organization will get preference
∎ Smokers are discouraged to apply.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be offered as per the organizational policy like: provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance, medical aid etc.
