Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in Water Engineering/B.Sc. in Dialysis Therapy/ B. Sc. Medical Lab Technology/Diploma in Environmental Science/Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology OR a related field from an accredited university is required.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration - 31 MAY, 2020.
∎ Start date - ASAP.
∎ Conduct the implementation of the ACF WaSH project, be implicated in its elaboration, its impact analysis, its integration and sector coordination at host community in Cox`s Bazar district.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement of the ACF WASH activities.
∎ Preparing the work plan considering the target of the project period
∎ Ensure implementation of the WASH activities as per the work plan and or defined by his/her supervisor.
∎ Validate the relevance of the intervention area, the selection of beneficiaries, and identification of committed players.
∎ Follow the activity advancement by regular visits;
∎ Scaling up access to improved WASH facilities:
∎ Preparing the drawing, design and BoQ of the facilities
∎ Regular Monitoring the activity of the construction work
∎ Preparing the activity progress report of the relevant activities
∎ Participate in Monitoring and Supervision of the project activities and volunteers.
∎ Assist and guidance the volunteers for smooth functioning of the project.
∎ Defining the approach with local stakeholders, other organizations and LGIs.
∎ Support management plan development with health center's management .
∎ Efficient management of the field stock with proper documentation.
∎ Proactively support ACFs commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity
∎ Other task will be mentioned in JD

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have the proven experience of carrying out laboratory testing of samples for chemical or microbiological parameters and, in the case of drinking water, assess the quality of taste and clarity
∎ Having the proven experience of Analyze statistical data on water quality sample
∎ Having the proven experience of conducting assessments related to water quality and set up field surveys
∎ Proven experience of the fecal sludge management activity
∎ Good Knowledge of the project area and local dialect.
∎ Good Facilitation, communication & interpersonal Skills
∎ Documentation & reporting skills
∎ Computer literacy.

Salary: Tk. 36574 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1-month Gross salary every year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance.
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per organization policy.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
