Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electronics
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certification of NTVQF Level 1 and 2 will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experienced in Mobile phone repairing will be preferable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare training session plan for Mobile phone repairing.
∎ Facilitate vocational training on Mobile phone repairing following CBT&A method
∎ Assist for developing IEC Materials, training modules on Mobile phone repairing.
∎ Arrange trainings and prepare training reports.
∎ Take attendance of training participants and maintain register.
∎ Assist to form group/batch for training.
∎ Assist to prepare training materials list and Maintain safe use of training equipment.
∎ Assist cash base transaction and follow up beneficiaries
∎ Other necessary tasks (logical, rightful and reasonable) assigned by the authority.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good experience in Training facilitation
∎ Expertise in Kobo/ODK operation
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Local language proficiency (Chittagonian)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule.
