Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelors in Social Science, Public Health, International Law, International Relation, Human Rights or any other relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and support all aspects of the SASA! Together methodology and M&B Engagement for community activists.
∎ Support Community activists to implement SASA! Together methodology.
∎ Facilitate training on the SASA! Together and M&B Engagement based on Training Modules.
∎ Review and provide feedback (verbal and written) on adaptations of SASA methodologies.
∎ Proactively contribute to quality and timely drafting of weekly, monthly reports.
∎ Work and engage community as activist to prevent violence against women through SASA methodology and M&B Engagement activities.
∎ Assess the case workers on GBV case management skills and design appropriate training topics,
∎ Conduct trainings to case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation.
∎ Closely coaching case workers of Community Centre and SSWG .
∎ Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge and hands on experience on Sexual and Gender Based Violence (SGBV).
∎ Sound Knowledge on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA).
∎ Excellent communication skill (Writing & Speaking) in both English & Bengali.
∎ Ability to speak the local Chittagong dialect is an added advantage.
∎ Ability to handle a large team and excellent Leadership Quality.
∎ Willingness and ability to work in the field directly with communities (camp setting and communities in the project field area).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and under strict deadline.
