Job Responsibilities:
∎ Field identification
∎ Arrange sports sessions
∎ Distribute sports material to targeted men and boys and Maintenance of sports material
∎ Pre-post discussion on SGBV issues (Message delivery)
∎ Periodically arrange tournament
∎ Visibility in sports sessions
∎ Build rapport with new men and boys and maintain relationship.
∎ Facilitate awareness raising discussion with key religious leaders, potential leaders, teacher, Rohingya refugee men and boys on GBV prevention (child marriage, dowry system, polygamy, domestic violence, healthy family relationship, aggressive behavior/ positive construction of masculinity, anger management etc.)
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly as well for partner and sectoral use of HCMP-BRAC.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
