Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA in Administration / Management / Finance & Accounting or any other relevant subject will get preference.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all agro-inputs to be supplied for the project beneficiaries
∎ Coordinate and distribute all agro-inputs/ materials among the concern staffs
∎ Manage warehouse and generate stock-in and stock out report of all materials
∎ Oversee security of the warehouse and agro-inputs are in proper condition in stock
∎ Maintain liaison with concern sector to meet the requirement of project
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year working experience in related role in NGO/INGO
∎ Sound Knowledge on admin, logistics, supply chain management and safeguarding.
∎ Excellent communication skill (writing & speaking) in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Office specially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent team player.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
