Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and ensure accuracy in all database and files and update same as per requirement and coordinate for various meetings and activities.
∎ Supervise Community canter.
∎ Delegate responsibilities to Community centre team.
∎ Be responsible for Community centre management.
∎ Conduct visits to all community Outreach sites to coordinate and monitor staff outreach activities.
∎ The supervisor will oversee the daily outreach activities, implementing a community outreach strategy.
∎ Perform a variety of outreach activities such as establishing contacts and attended community meetings.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Excellent on MS-word, MS-excel, power point, Data Collection App.
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
∎ Good networking skills.
∎ Reporting and Documentation.
