Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in Statistics, Information Management or any other relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the team in beneficiary identification, selection, screening, digitalizing process following the Gov/WFP agreed criteria and BRAC/HCMP/Project guidelines.
∎ Organize and support running of cash support activities in the assigned locations.
∎ Prepare and share beneficiary list and registration form.
∎ Ensure standard record keeping and prepare & submit reports to Supervisor on time.
∎ Develop distribution plan and organize the event.
∎ Participate in various field assessments, monitoring, post monitoring, etc.
∎ Support in resolving any emerging problems and issues on field;
∎ Maintain transparent, functional and respectful relationships with target communities, local representatives and partners
∎ Collaboration and coordination with the project support services
∎ Attend meeting, provide necessary report and information as necessary
∎ Supervise and support enumerators
∎ Any other tasks as may be required from programmatic support directed by the line manager or designate.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year working experience in Cash Distribution or similar Position.
∎ Knowledge:-
∎ Knowledge on Cash Distribution, Volunteer Management, and Safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge of UP structure and functions and local political dilemma.
∎ Knowledge of beneficiary selection process and monitoring tools for cash transfer interventions

∎ Skills:-
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with UP, local leaders, and govt officials.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, and Excel
∎ knowledge and skills of project implementation
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Problem-solving skill
∎ MIS.

∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
