∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide professional and confidential services to survivors of SGBV based on survivor-centered case management approach.
∎ Provide Case Management Service to the GBV Survivors maintaining GBV guiding principles.
∎ Ensure the GBVIMS is accurately updated on a regular basis.
∎ Provide the Case Management under the GBVIMS+ /Primero platform as a Case Worker.
∎ Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience on capacity building of COMs and Community Support Group on GBV.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting.
∎ Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and observation skills.
