Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or Master’s degree in any discipline.
∎ Degree in Social Science/Psychology/Law will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage SGBV cases that needed support.
∎ Opens case file and conducts rapid needs assessment with particular concern to any special needs.
∎ Ensure a smooth referral process, accompanying clients to other services if necessary.
∎ Strengthen referral pathways between actors in the community and linkage between psycho-social support and mental health service providers.
∎ Conducts follow up with clients and respond to additional needs.
∎ Close cases when appropriate.
∎ Conduct Awareness session on GBV issues.
∎ Prepare and compile Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ 1 years working experience in the relevant field.
