Responsibilities & Context:
Have a clear picture of how to plan a project from start to finish.
Must have good knowledge of fish cultivating, especially catfish.
Check the condition of the pond and water regularly.
Should be familiar with the marketing of fish, poultry, and dairy products, as well as the acquisition of fry, seed, chicks, and other essential items competitively and cost-effectively.
Overseeing the daily harvesting of the animals like milking of the cows, the weight of the fish, etc.Should have the basic ideas of vaccination.
Monitor animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets.
Innovating new business ideas and manufacturing methods.
Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets.
Assist the owner in expanding the business. Training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
Any Kind of work assigned by the top management.
