Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or associate degree in graphic design work in production management, operations management, or similar.
∎ Skills Required: Ecommerce Image Editing, Good color sense, Image Shadow, Model photo retouching
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Graphics Design, Microsoft Excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make plan for image quantity, distribution process, team assessment etc.
∎ To monitor and control all kinds of the post-production process.
∎ Check all assigned images and approved image editing from CS team & make sure all assigned job perfectly completed.
∎ Hourly, daily and monthly Production target to achieve based on the set target efficiency.
∎ Workers & Staffs turnover, migration and absenteeism rate has to maintain and control as per Graphic Design/ Post production industry standard the industry good factory standard.
∎ Make sure Desktop Machine running, manpower and material utilization to the optimum level of the Design floor capacity.
∎ Discuss with Head of department before taking any final decisions.
∎ Always keep communication with CS team and make a bridge between CS team and post-production team.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work, and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ Reporting to the Production Manager & Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects.
∎ Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
∎ Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
∎ Liaising and coordinating total post-production with other departments.
∎ Should focus on project notes, turnaround time and quality ensures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience working in a related industry is preferred.
∎ Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams.
∎ Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.
∎ Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and labor needed throughout the production process.
∎ Proficiency in quality control, managing budgets, and production costing.
∎ Competence with computer-based administration, record-keeping, and procurement systems.
∎ Ability to work independently under the Production Manager, and as part of a production team.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in managing human resources and liaising with other departments.
∎ Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
∎ Need English proficiency to understand client’s notes.
