Strong expertise in architectural detail modeling (Interior & Exterior).
Skilled in photorealistic rendering.
Knowledge of 2D drawings (AutoCAD or similar) is required.
Good understanding of lighting, materials, and composition.
Basic English communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)
Experience with Unreal Engine for rendering and animation.
Knowledge of real-time visualization workflows.
Experience working with international clients.
Work Shift
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (20% extra salary + night allowance)
Responsibilities & Context:
Claystone Agency, a growing architectural visualization studio under Betopia Group, is actively serving clients on Fiverr and other international marketplaces. We specialize in high-quality architectural planning, 3D visualization, and animation.
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Architectural 3D Modelers & Rendering Artists who are passionate about creating high-quality interior and exterior visualizations. Candidates with expertise in 3ds Max and Unreal Engine will be given priority.
Core Responsibilities
Create highly detailed 3D models for interior and exterior architectural projects.
Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings.
Work with CAD drawings, references, and concept designs.
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
Participate in client meetings when required.
