We're Hiring | Creative Content Producer (Video Editing & Graphic Design)

Do you tell stories through visuals? Do you know how to turn a basic brief into content that stops the scroll? NexAura Agency is looking for a skilled Creative Content Producer to join our team and work on exciting projects for local and international clients.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, ad campaigns, reels, and client projects

- Design static and motion graphics — banners, thumbnails, brand visuals, and social creatives

- Apply strong hooks and audience retention techniques to maximize content performance

- Convert scripts or briefs into polished, high-engaging final edits

- Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all formats and platforms

- Collaborate with the strategy and content team to align creatives with campaign goals

- Organize assets, manage file deliveries, and meet project deadlines consistently

Expectations

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Strong sense of visual storytelling — pacing, hooks, transitions, and design flow

- Good eye for typography, color, layout, and overall aesthetics

- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality

- Minimum 2 years of agency or freelance experience with a solid portfolio to show

Creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback and collaboration
