Responsibilities & Context:
Execute preventive & corrective maintenance to resolve store-level technical and structural issues.
Conduct regular store visits to assess quality, safety and functionality of all physical assets.
Manage vendor relationships, track performance and monitor asset life cycles.
Maintain an asset store list with unique asset coding for accurate inventory tracking.
Maintain a job tracker for all incoming maintenance requests.
Manage a job maintenance card at each store to log completed works and archive records.
Maintain a centralized tracker for all incoming maintenance requests and manage a job maintenance card at each store to log, evaluate, and archive all completed work.
