Responsibilities & Context:
A 10 storied building will be under renovation soon. Initially, this renovation need to be supervised till completion of the project and followed by maintaining the property and it’s equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day to day project/construction work.
- Manage all vendors/sub vendors. Ensure their jobs are done as per approved plan and design.
- Ensure all installations and repair are done properly.
- All taskings to be completed within the time frame.
- Ensure safety and security of the people and property.
- Any other jobs given by the management.
