Organization: For a Hotel a Credit Realization Executive is responsible for credit and cash collection related work for company sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop short term and long-term strategy for driving successful credit recovery action plans & profitable effective recovery from credit customers.
• Work on company`s recovery & collection from the market.
• Strong capabilities to communicate with the party to collect due money.
• Reinforce action against overdue customers and ensure recovery from those customers with a proper planning.
• Timely provide update to sales persons for regular follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/yearly report including cr & marketing dues, over dues.
• Letter issue to client for dues, over dues collection purpose.
• Timely collect previous party statements with party sign and seal.
• Analyze customer data and take initiative to solve complex issue.
• GRN submit to the clients, collect Mushak 6.6 as well TDS & VDS documents.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
