Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Administrative Services:
∎ - Manage all managerial functions of the project that also includes the fund management
∎ - Arrange baseline survey of target group
∎ - Identify target group, analyze priority and will prepare the intervention plan
∎ - Take initiatives to start activities mentioned in the proposal
∎ - Prepare the action plan and budget in consultation with the Advisor, Development Program and deputy director, finance
∎ - Assist the medical team in providing the medical services
∎ - Supervise other staff and will give feedback and advice as necessary to attain goal
∎ - Assist the management in taking decisions by giving important feedback on the activities.
∎ - Compliance of administrative activities with organizations/Project rules, regulations, policies and strategies; implementation of the effective internal control, proper design and functioning of a client-oriented administrative management system.
∎ - Maintenance and development of good working relationships with the government/ national counterparts, concerned for issues related to security and other services.
∎ - Attend meeting with concerned govt. employees, civil society and other stakeholders to make the aware of project objective.
∎ - Perform all activities in consultation with Project Coordinator.
∎ Prepare Activity Report:
∎ - Responsible for ensuring smooth flow of Activity monthly, quarterly and any other unscheduled report and provided to the senior management and donor organization.
∎ - Ensure power point presentation of progress report in the monthly and quarterly meeting
∎ - Analyze and identify potential issues related to project activities and take necessary steps.
∎ - Organized monthly staff meeting and review meeting minutes and circulate to participants as per discussion with Project Coordinator.
∎ Monitoring and supervise the project activities
∎ - Collect monthly work plan from the project staff and follow up as per work plan
∎ - Review the project expenses and voucher and approval of the voucher
∎ - Regular monitor the project budget of Chittagong and take necessary action
∎ Networking, Liaison and Coordination:
∎ - Established linkage to others Service provider
∎ - Maintain good liaison with PNGO and other service provider.
∎ - Strong Communication and Coordination with law enforcement agency, Ward Commissioner and other related agencies.
∎ - Coordinate with Project staff and Officials of others stakeholders
∎ - Strong Coordination with Donor and senior office management of SAJIDA Foundation
∎ Any other functions, responsibilities or portfolio which may be assigned by the Management of the project as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Working experience in project management.
∎ Experience in budgeting, report writing,donor handling.
∎ Working Experience with local government agencies will be preferred.

Salary: Tk. 37000 (Monthly)
