• B Sc. in Agriculture for Program Officer (PO)

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Candidate having relevant job experience will get privilege.

• Good at Ms-Office Suite.

• Should be good at communication.

• Preparing the annual seed production budget and execute as per set standards by the program.

• Execute production program by aligning right quality, quantity, cost, time and source target

• Suitable block (land) selection for smooth execution of production target through contract growers` systems

• Ensure quality seed production by aligning required cultural management as per approved standard operating procedures.

• Arrange capacity building training /on the job coaching for strengthening skills of contract growers

• Implementing trial for identifying the performance of different inputs like planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc. for ensuring superior performance.

• Execute contract growers` management process for realizing loan in against of different inputs or any other cash advance related to the production program.

• Building strong relationships with DAE, SCA, BADC and other stakeholders for strengthening program activities.
