To support its continuous growth, we`re looking for a committed & performance driven candidate who will do the following responsibilities-
Preparing the annual seed production budget and execute as per set standards by the program.
Execute production program by aligning right quality, quantity, cost, time and source target
Suitable block (land) selection for smooth execution of production target through contract growers` systems
Ensure quality seed production by aligning required cultural management as per approved standard operating procedures.
Arrange capacity building training /on the job coaching for strengthening skills of contract growers
Implementing trial for identifying the performance of different inputs like planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc. for ensuring superior performance.
Execute contract growers` management process for realizing loan in against of different inputs or any other cash advance related to the production program.
Building strong relationships with DAE, SCA, BADC and other stakeholders for strengthening program activities.
