- More than 2 years of experience in any food processing industry.
- Agro-food processing experience will be given preference.
- Strong knowledge on food safety regulations and standard.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Having right kind of experience in managing more than 100 workers to run food processing unit.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise production activities to support daily demand as per the set procedures.
- Support in improving productivity, process loss control etc.
- Prepare the schedule for production workers to optimize the engagement level.
- Assess production flow and keep continual improvement.
- Other tasks as required.
