Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Pharm. with very good academic background from a well-known reputed University supported by the knowledge on pharmaceutical industry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all products are manufactured and packaged according to Quality standards and product specifications through daily review and approval of batch records, packaging documents.
∎ SOP preparation, implementation and revision to decrease batch defects.
∎ Establish, maintain, and continually analyze production and packaging, control and documentation procedures to assure departmental compliance with cGMP and SOP.
∎ Focused on solving technical problems, improving productivity, quality and reducing cost. Generates shift and monthly reports.
∎ Develop, train, and motivate supervisor and operators to maximize job performance through skills development and ability assessment.
∎ Execution of monthly production plan.
∎ Responsible for Regulatory Compliance.
∎ Must have "CAN DO" attitude and should be able to work with minimum supervision and maximum responsibility. Must know the people to get the job done.
∎ Must have a knowledge in Documentation Rules & Regulations of USFDA and MHRA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7-10 years of experience in the quality management field in Pharmaceutical Industry
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation
∎ Analytical and planning skills
∎ Highly self-motivated, dependable team player and capable of thinking and acting independently.
∎ Proven ability to drive change and deal with resistance to change.
∎ Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
