Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for television products.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of Direct Market Merchandising (DMM) activities, comparing actual results with target achievements.
∎ Monitor and evaluate service applications for television products, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
∎ Prepare and maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for plazas and distributors, ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand.
∎ Generate daily reports on various aspects such as product registrations, challan-delivery, and collection activities.
∎ Prepare area-wise reports comparing target goals with actual achievements, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
∎ Conduct size-to-size comparisons of television products against competitors, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
∎ Provide product training to sales and marketing teams, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of television products.
∎ Assist with accounts-related tasks, including adjustments and reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial records.
∎ Monitor the company's website and ePlaza platform, ensuring up-to-date information.
∎ Develop and implement promotional activities to expand the television market, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
∎ Gather market requirements from Divisional Market Monitors and communicate them to the relevant concern for further action and implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, which can be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
∎ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and generating comprehensive reports.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
∎ Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
