∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Corporate Marketing, Corporate Sales, Market Research, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare appropriate promotional plans and strategies on the assigned product.
∎ Visit end customers and sub dealers and fine tune channel operations.
∎ Prepare both short and long term sales forecast and marketing plans on assigned products in coordination with Superior.
∎ Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Provide required inputs in the process of new product development and to bring changes (if required) on the existing products.
∎ Monitor supply situation of assigned products and their samples and take corrective measures where necessary.
∎ Organize meeting/training in collaboration with Field Forces and dealers of the product.
∎ Maintain liaison with the principal for more information on product development and promotional support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 04 to 08 years of experience in marketing & portfolio management.
∎ Flexibility to travel frequently outside of Dhaka.
