∎ At least 2 years of experience in production sector of RMG industry.
∎ Good knowledge about production process, production planning, textile and garments products.
∎ Proficiency in monitoring production, evaluation and quality assurance of products.
∎ Efficient in MS Office.
∎ Proven leadership, problem-solving, communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze production orders, sample, and prepare a loading plan.
∎ Create effective production planning and monitor the production for on-time delivery.
∎ Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring.
∎ Ensure receiving quality raw materials and proper utilization as per job order.
∎ Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process.
∎ Monitor Daily Production Report and communicate with the management.
∎ Assist Center Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers.
