∎ Age at most 35 year(s).
∎ Post-Graduation preferably in business discipline from reputed university with no third Class / Division.
∎ Minimum Three (3) years' work experience in Retail Credit Risk Management Division of any reputed commercial bank(s) in Dhaka.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (both verbal & written).
∎ Excellent analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Multi tasking ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analysis & recommend Retail loan product complying with PPG & BB guideline (e.g. Credit Card, Personal loan, Car Loan, Professional loan).
∎ Check & Cross matching of all information between lap & document & CPV.
∎ Scrutiny all income related supporting documents like Bank statement, Salary Certificate of the applicants, etc.
∎ Send justified queries to concerned Branch/Sales Managers in time.
∎ Maintain liaison with the Branches/Sales managers regarding Shortfall documents & make fruitful discussion regarding the queries as per PPG.
∎ Timely delivery of support to other wings for reducing the delinquency level and profitable business growth.
∎ Train up Retail CRM support officer/Fresh officer.
∎ Update information to Senior Manager- Retail CRM related to Market, Industries etc.
∎ Any other task assigns by line manager when needed.
∎ Achieve at least “Good” audit from Internal Control /regulators.
∎ Ensure of maintenance of turn-around time (TAT) of all Retail Loans proposal.
