Additional Requirements:
At least 03 years’ experience in NBFIs/Banks or Collection Department.
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieving periodical collection Target.
Physical visit and Overdue Collection anywhere in Bangladesh of chronic clients and Mortgaged Asset.
To repossess execution of Vehicle /Lease Finance Assets and Warrant Execution.
Collect daily collection update from RM’s.
Sending letters to the overdue clients for their overdue payments.
Making daily collection report and submitted to Supervisor/Line Manager.
Finding out of the reason for the delinquency of the default borrowers and if there is any kind of early signal, reporting to the line Manager
Determine account Plan /Exit /Recovery Strategy for OD clients.
Maintain relationship with Law enforcement teams and Third party Agency’s.
