Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from UGC approved University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support applications and hardware.
∎ Report computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
∎ Report IT Asset Inventory and Removal/disposal of non-functional equipment.
∎ Identify requirement of computer or network equipment and ensure functionality.
∎ Support audio/visual equipment for on-site and off-site presentations and trainings
∎ Ensure availability of IP Telephone service.
∎ In-house Software administration and support.
∎ Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment.
∎ Manage printers/scanner and toner requests.
∎ Manage the solution of user requests, IT problems and network maintenance as per the service level agreement.
∎ Provide In-House Software Support.
∎ Web Development asp.net, php, laravel
∎ Database development Sql Server, MySql, Oracle.
∎ Overview CCTV surveillance infrastructure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Hands-on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switch & Fortinet Firewall, , SSL Certificate, Vulnerability Management, Network Monitoring System (NMS),Environment Monitoring System (EMS) Syslog server, Cacti.
∎ Clear knowledge and practical experience on DMZ Zone and static Routing Protocols, Switching, IPsec VPN, DNS, Network based load balancing.
∎ Priority is given to MCSE, CCNA or equivalent authority certification
∎ Adequate knowledge in Networking, Data Structure, Data Science, Routing and Switching, Linux Server
