Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have graduation (Agriculture/ Forestry/ Marketing) or Diploma in Agriculture with minimum CGPA 2.5/2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve targeted production and sales target as per the yearly budget.
∎ Physical check of the inventory to ensure accurate physical balance and minimum damage/loss.
∎ Examine plants for diseases, insects, wildlife damage, and weeds to protect the health of the plants
∎ To build a good relationship with the customer to promote sales, organize fair & other promotional activities to achieve sales targets
∎ Ensuring the productivity, welfare and administrative function. Monitoring the production process for minimizing the cost
∎ Any responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
∎ Must have to skill of multitasking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
