Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Mikrotik, Switch, PC, Laptop, UPS related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Troubleshoots hardware, software and networking problems, determines the cause of error or stoppage, applies corrective techniques in cases where problems can be corrected, may arrange for repair of faulty equipment or upgrade out-of-date systems.
∎ CCTV System (DVR/ NVR, Camera), Face Detector Attendance machine, Access Control system configure &maintenance.
∎ Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook & web mail, etc.
∎ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
∎ Create visual content. Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Senior Management.
