∎ 3rd division/class/CGPA below 2.0 in other academic examinations will not be considered.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, guide, develop and motivate the production team.
∎ Circulate proper directions to the sub-centre regarding job order.
∎ Distribute the work as per capacity and workers competency in the sub-centre.
∎ Ensure receiving the standard quality products from the sub-centre duly.
∎ Maintain delivery and received products records in the register books and software.
∎ Prepare sales challan after checking and verifying received products.
∎ Prepare reject products report and inform to the centre manager.
∎ Ensure sending the received goods to the washing/ assigned section.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year job experience at production organization (experience in any reputed RMG will be preferred).
∎ Knowledge about the production process and planing, monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance, production software etc.
∎ Should have good analytical ability, problem solving and communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
