- 1–2 years of experience in corporate sales, internal communications, or health campaign coordination (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments and coordinate with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint),Google suite , experience with CRM tools will be a plus. Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and task ownership.
Responsibilities & Context: Drive Akij Pharmacy’s growth by leading corporate sales within Akij House and implementing health and wellness programs to boost employee engagement, health awareness, and internal sales performance.
Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales Operations (Internal – Akij House Focused):
- Act as the key support personnel for all corporate sales activities within Akij House and affiliated departments.
- Assist in generating internal B2B leads, preparing quotations, order processing, and sales follow-up.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments to promote Akij Pharmacy products and corporate health packages.
- Coordinate bulk order requirements, delivery arrangements, and documentation for internal clients.
- Maintain and update sales databases, reports, and performance tracking for Akij House internal sales accounts.
Health & Wellness Campaign Coordination (Internal):
- Support the planning and execution of employee-focused health campaigns within Akij House and affiliated Akij entities.
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, product samples, and staffing for on-site wellness events.
- Work with the HR and Admin departments to engage employees, increase participation, and raise awareness around pharmacy-led wellness initiatives.
- Collect and compile campaign feedback, participation data, and prepare post-event reports for internal evaluation.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Liaise with the Operations, Marketing, and Pharmacy teams to align corporate sales offerings and internal campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with corporate sales policies, pricing structures, and promotional guidelines.
- Assist in drafting internal communications and promotional content related to corporate offers or campaign announcements.
