Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize and manage the Functions of Hon'ble President's Assistant
∎ To receive all orders, advices & guidance of the Hon'ble President and carry out the same as per her desires.
∎ To attend mails, memos, and reply against the same as per advice & guidance of the Hon'ble President.
∎ Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
∎ To organize receptions, appointments, meetings, seminars, symposiums, interviews, get-together etc. of the Hon'ble President by maintaining a Calendar of Events & Activities.
∎ To ensure proper safety, security and other pertinent management of the Hon'ble President's Assistant.
∎ To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business Concerns of Mir Group as well as other relevant Govt., Non-Govt. & International Agencies.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by President
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
