Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher Diploma/Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline (Engineering/ Science Preferred) from Govt. or Private College/ University with good Educational Records and excellent Computer Operating Skills, Concepts of Networking and Internet etc.
∎ Course must be fully complete. Ongoing or incomplete Graduation/ Post-graduation will not be accepted. Also, candidate must not have any plan for higher education in next one year at least, as duty timings will conflict with it.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Including but not limited to the followings:-
∎ Providing technical support (both on-site and over-phone) to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
∎ Operation & Maintenance of Network & Systems as directed from Operation Center, Relevant Documentation etc.
∎ Schedule based extended duty hours (till 8:30 PM twice a week) covering Fridays & other Holidays.
∎ Schedule based night duties.
∎ On demand attendance in critical/disastrous situations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This is an entry level job. Candidates with experience may not be called for interview.
∎ Candidate exceeding the above age limit will not be called for interview.
∎ Candidate must have a residence in Chittagong city.
∎ Candidate must be fluent in Bengali with excellent reading, writing and speaking (clear pronunciation) skills. Similar skills in English will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidate must be physically and mentally fit for working for prolonged hours and under pressure. School/College level sporting activity will be an added advantage.
∎ Good knowledge on Computer Hardware, Networking, Internet, Operating Systems (Windows XP, 2000, 2003, Vista, 7) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.) installation, operation, maintenance, removal etc.
∎ Ability to work individually as well as a team member with good leadership, decision making sense and skill.
∎ Knowledge of Linux will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
