Responsibilities & Context:
Coordination of daily operational activities in sample development & follow up.
Coordinating with factory, logistic departments, suppliers & vendors to ensure smooth functioning of all regular production.
Need to prepare different types of internal order sheets (i.e. booking sheets and other).
Different types of purchase orders need to prepare such as sewing thread, trimmings & accessories.
Maintain all relevant merchandising order files, reports etc.
Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the management.
