∎ Age 26 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Merchandiser in managing orders from development to final production, ensuring alignment with buyer requirements.
∎ Coordinate the creation and approval of samples, working with the production and quality teams to ensure adherence to buyer specifications.
∎ Follow up with suppliers on sample submissions, ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Track production progress, prepare reports on order status, and proactively address potential delays or issues.
∎ Act as a liaison between the team and suppliers/buyers for the assigned cluster and team, maintaining consistent communication.
∎ Support the Merchandiser in conducting market research, identifying trends, and staying updated on competitor offerings to align product offerings with buyer expectations.
∎ Address queries or concerns from the buyer and ensure timely response in collaboration with the senior team members.
∎ Maintain accurate records of order specifications, buyer instructions, approvals, and delivery timelines.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on order progress, challenges, and solutions.
∎ Assist in resolving any quality-related issues that arise during production.
