• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Merchandising

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Accounting Background / Knowledge will be considered as additional value.

• Age 22 to 32 years

• Strong interest in fashion/apparel merchandising.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of garment production processes, quality and supply chain.
• Computer proficiency (especially AI base Photo editing, Image enhancement, Image compositing, Color Grading, MS Excel, Word, and email communication).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Candidates who has their own bike are requested to mention it in the CV/Application as an additional advantage.

• Assist in daily merchandising operations under the supervision of senior merchandisers.

• Communicate with buyers, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., production, planning, and procurement).

• Help prepare and follow up on order sheets, sample tracking, approvals, and documentation.

• Coordinate sampling, development, and production timelines.

• Follow up on raw material sourcing, inventory status, and supplier lead times.

• Follow up on sample developments and production with a personal responsibility.

• Support price negotiations and cost analysis under guidance.

• Maintain and update order status reports and relevant records.

• Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance through coordination with quality and production teams.

• Learn about compliance standards, buyer requirements, and industry practices.

• Frequent travel to manufacturing unites for physical follow up.
