- TCL Global BD is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager to support its business operations.
- Support planning and execution of marketing strategies for student recruitment
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Manage lead generation, funnel optimization (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU), and conversion tracking
- Coordinate with admissions, CRM, and operations teams for lead follow-up and nurturing
- Support content development (ad copies, creatives, videos, blogs, landing pages)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CPL, CAC, ROI, and engagement metrics
- Assist in SEO/SEM initiatives and landing page optimization
- Support lead segmentation, automation, and reporting
- Help plan and execute offline activities: seminars, education fairs, webinars, campus activations
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, media partners, and internal teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
