Experience:

• 5 to 9 years

• Bachelor/Master's in any subject/ Preferable in Engineering

• Age 30 to 37 years

• Monitor and supervise Safety Advisor (SA) and assigned HEAD Safety Riding activities.

• Capable to build relationship with Govt. , NGO & Corporate Organization to conduct joint Road safety Event & Safety Riding training.

• Capable to arrange and conduct Safety Riding direct training (DT) event in dealer point and prepare event PDCA and report to management as well.

• Frequently visit dealer showroom and inspect HEAD safety riding operations and ensure necessary safety materials in dealer premises.

• Provide safety riding awareness training to dealer staffs.

• Communicate with Safety Advisor on regular basis and collect PDSA data, Accident data, Customer training data, Awareness campaign data as well as compile to prepare various report based on activity details.

• Customer communication based on accident analysis and provide standard road safety feedback.

• Conduct Safety Advisor and Instructor training.

• BHL associates Safety Riding training.

• Guide dealers to do effective safety promotional activities on time to time to boost road safety awareness knowledge to mass population and evaluate the result as well as compile customers feedback and take initiatives.

• New dealer training and to start the Safety Riding activities in new territory.

• Lead different Safety Awareness campaign (for bikers, pedestrians, students) in different locations.

• Work with dealer in national road safety day (NRSD), Regional event, Test ride event, Festival event, new product Launching event etc.

• BHL associates awareness campaign and KYT training and well capable to do field activities.

• Ingenious, Self driven and proactive as well as oblige to take any other responsibility assigns by superior or management as per organizations` demand.
