∎ POP Preventive maintenance & Troubleshoot (Power & Fiber & Radio)
∎ Fiber database task from Technical team (Ongoing)
∎ Technical Petty cash Monitoring, Distribution & Bill Submission
∎ Work with Inventory team for Device stock maintenance for corporate, DATA & RDP User
∎ Aligned with local ISP association for Underground fiber network planning & implementation
∎ Monitoring Zonal technical team members attendance & Leave issue
∎ Communicates effectively with clients & sales team to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure proper technical support to all Fiber clients according to an online ticketing system.
∎ Configuration, Implementation and Maintenance of Data & GPON Network.
∎ FTTx & P2P Fiber Network Troubleshoot along with the Fiber team escalation and reporting.
∎ On-site customer support with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a short time.
∎ Work with clients, vendors, and co-location site staff in performing site improvements and Maintenance
∎ Ensure that TTs are resolved or reported as per SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Users WAN/LAN setup and maintenance with troubleshooting.
∎ Device Provisioning and Installation & maintenance of the network up to the client end.
∎ Monitoring the network system using MRTG, NAGOIS etc.
∎ Prepare planning for new fiber coverage zone, BTS & FTTH network.
∎ Coordinate & Communication with NTTN and vendors.
∎ Ensure proper technical support to all Radio clients of zone according to online ticketing system. 2.
∎ New Radio link setup & configuration for Data & Corporate clients both P2P & P2M,
∎ Existing Radio Maintenance & Monitoring
∎ On-site customer support with troubleshooting and resolve issues in short time.
∎ Customer support with troubleshooting Remotely along with the assign team & resolve issues in short time.
∎ Radio network planning & Implementation
∎ Site Survey through radio connectivity
∎ Coordinate with Tower vendors site staff in performing new tower installation and Maintenance
∎ Radio Network performance monitoring, tuning and reporting.
∎ Ensure proper technical support to all Fiber clients according to an online ticketing system.
