∎ Strong knowledge of security surveillance products, including IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control, and alarm systems.

∎ Ability to understand customer security needs and recommend suitable solutions.
∎ Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell security surveillance products to business clients, Enterprises.
∎ Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
∎ Develop and implement project sales strategies, create short- and long-term business plans to increase sales revenue.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
∎ Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase security solutions.
∎ Understand customer security requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed user stories in a prioritized product backlog, defining product vision, roadmap.
∎ Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals.
∎ Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Technical & Product Knowledge:
∎ Stay updated on the latest security surveillance technologies, trends, and competitive offerings.
∎ Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
∎ Provide training and guidance to customers on product usage and benefits. Target Achievement & Reporting:
∎ Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market insights to management.
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Specialist-Security Surveillance Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling security and surveillance products such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, video management software (VMS), alarm systems, and other related security solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-growing industry.
